🎨 Personalizing Your Portal

You can customize your portal at any time by navigating to Admin → Portal. This section gives you full control over how your portal looks and which features are available to your customers.

⚙️ Core Features

In the Core Features section, you decide which Tixer Connect functions are active in your portal.

• Enable or disable features with a single click

Example: If Appointments are turned off, customers will no longer be able to book through the portal

• Changes take effect immediately

🖌 Branding

Make your portal reflect your brand identity by customizing logos and colors.

🔹 Navigation Bar Logo

This logo appears at the top of your portal. You can choose between:

• Icon and Company Name

Upload only your icon — your company name will appear automatically next to it.

• Icon Only

Upload a full logo (icon + text) that will be displayed as a single image.

🔹 Favicon

The favicon is the small icon shown in the browser tab.

👉 Best practice: use a simple icon without text for better visibility.

🔹 Theme Colors

Select the primary colors used across your portal to:

• Highlight buttons and key elements

• Match your brand style

• Create a consistent customer experience

🌐 Custom Domain

Connect your own domain to personalize the portal URL

(Available on paid plans only)

✔ Example: portal.yourcompany.com instead of a default Tixer address

You can add your own legal documents directly in the portal:

• Terms of Service

Note: Tixer acts only as the data processor. You are responsible for defining the rules and policies that apply to your customers’ use of the portal.
